So, you work a full day, get off work you’re exhausted you’re tired the first thing you wanna do is go home and plopped down on the couch right? I get it, especially when you have a stressful job. I mean any job can be stressful, let me take that back any and every job has its own set of challenges. Because honestly, I love my job however I do have times that I’m a reminded that people can sometimes lash out on you. (like yesterday when a mom approached me like I was sleeping with her man) #thatpart
Instead of me lashing back out on them, (aka "her") I decided to lash out on the gym. Not only does it help my body but it helps my mind my soul and my spirit! I know some of you guys need motivation to work out or you know you want to but you just don’t have that push!
I posted in one of my last posts that you should do it as soon as you come home that way your momentum is going because if you get home and you sit down he relaxed, we all know that it’s over. (You know what I mean, when you take that bra off LOL and you let the dogs out to play LOL)
After I teach my cycling class at The Preserve, I hurry up and clean up, put up my equipment, and I slip into the class which is going on right next-door to mine. I know what you’re thinking I need some energy to actually get to the gym, you know what? There’s only so much somebody can sell you. At some point you have to make a decision that you want to do it for yourself. I don’t know what else to say other then get off your ass and get it done!
Here are a few highlights that I did for my class today. It’s a metabolic conditioning class. I like it because there are burst of energy with 10 to 15 second rest in . It’s a metabolic conditioning class, (Metabolic Conditioning - By definition, metabolic conditioning refers to exercises that increase the storage and delivery of energy for physical activity. All training requires use of the muscles to produce energy; what distinguishes metabolic conditioning is how energy is created, how it is used and how rapidly it is expended.) mixed with a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training,) High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods ) workout. Get up, Do it!
What excuse you gonna come up with next? (#Noexcuses)
