If we, (you as a brand and myself as an influencer) make an arrangement to work together, I find it necessary to formalize the arrangement.

Of course, I hope nothing will go wrong. But an influencer contract helps to clarify any uncertainty and gives both parties something to fall back on if there are any problems.

The contract is sent upon request, and will be edited to suit the needs of your brand or business.

It is important to mention, that there are many ways that a brand can pay an influencer, from giving them free product, to paying an agreed flat rate, to making performance-based cash payouts. However, compensation is mandatory and will be decided on based on the needs of each unique situation.
