Get that Vitamin D-(In my Beyonce Voice)

Do I get Vitamin D regularly? I mean, I could, I have before, I mean I was, but did you know that many of us aren't getting enough vitamin D?? For one it is Fall/Winter, or what do we call it in Houston Texas.... Finter? (A Little bit of fall, and little bit of winter? lmbo, cuz we don't have ANY concrete seasons other than SUMMER.) Just a whole bunch of summer, lmbo. Yeah Yall, Im talking about sun at the current moment. (get your minds out the gutter) lol!
I googled it, and it says that people are not getting enough sunlight, and the foods we eat that naturally contain vitamin D don’t contain enough to satisfy our bodies. It also said that our body’s best source of vitamin D is some natural sunshine. So maybe its a good idea to get out, take a walk, and let that Melanin go to work!
They say that getting your time in the sun, as well as being outside is great to improve focus and memory. We do it with our students, we take them on a quick romp around the building. Even though its just a little fresh air and sunshine, It helps to increase your attention span, as well as theirs. We call them "brain breaks."
So here's a healthy tip, get your ass up, and walk around when you've been trapped inside all day. When you decide to do your next work out, Do it outside! Ramp up your Vitamin "D"
But in reference to Beyonce and that "Vitamin D" Are you filling up on that as well??

The bible says we should wait until marriage to have sex. That would be ideal and perfect. We would all be walking around here, not having anything to compare our mates to. The only thing we would know is that one partner, and maybe our relationships would last longer. But in most cases, there aren't many people waiting, and I've heard several male friends of mine say. They have sex for "Sport." Yah you read that right, just something to do. ON another Note here are things that "Vitamin D" supplies; (according to google)

Now, I know what some of you ladies may be thinking, If only the Eggplant (aka Vitamin "D" wasn't connected to some guy who has a major commitment issue, or just has a personal goal to waste your damn time, you'd probably be getting that Vitamin "D" regularly. (UGGH!) I mean, its nice to have a go to "buddy" but at this point in life, I think were all a little beyond that. Trust me I feel your pain, empty sex is just that, EMPTY AF. Despite is surprising health benefits, Many women settle for no sex to avoid the emotional connection that comes with the physical act of sex.
According to Health News Today, Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases. And according to Everyday Heath, that other Vitamin "D" is good for us too.
No matter what you do ladies protect yourself when exposing yourself to BOTH Vitamin D"s Lmmfao. (Yelling in my Beyonce voice, Vitamin "DEEEE")
