Finished my workout today, I earned this poster in my Nike Training App.

This is one way I do it guys. (Because yes people ask me...)
Don't Wish, (Set a goal, and work!) My goal is to work out 4-5 days a week. I dedicate 20-30 minutes as SOON as I get home from work doing a HIIT Workout. My fav workouts can be found here @Nike Training Club App (I considered paying for a trainer, BUT, Im not lazy, I do get complacent at times, real talk.. BUT I am not the type to spend a large amount of money on something other than #TRAVEL lol. )
Don't Wish, During the week (set a reasonable goal, and Work!) (Mon-Fri) I use a meal plan written by a great trainer, and friend of mine, Aaron West. (Love his plan but it is very STRICT! Its Five meals a day, basically three meals, and two snacks.) I also use a plan and workout that I created for myself. (email me for the details.)
On weekends, (Don't Wish, live a little, but definitely in moderation. I try to stay away from stuff thats going to totally KILL my five days of good healthy eating habits. Keep in mind that you have to get BACK to WORK!)
Honestly, the best thing to do is remain consistent.
Nah, I'm not perfect, but when summer rolls around, and I put on that bikini, I wont be ashamed. (you shouldn't be either.)
But, be real with yourself, If you know you wont do this? Fcuk, dont waist your time and make yourself believe that you will, because you KNOW you wont. But what I can say is, do something that works for you, and will give you results.
(Lastly, Keep your Whack A$$ Excuses you make up for yourself, and stay in the same body. I mean, its all really up to us right?)
