Honestly, I should've done this a LONG time ago, as far as starting a blog about my hair. I get so many hits on Instagram/DM's about how I achieve a certain look or even how I maintain my hair. The Audio is really self explanatory but here are some tips, not mentioned in the video I would surely do.
Part I (Wand-like-curls)
This was just a refresher. (I spritzed my hair with water and coconut oil)
Added product, and used oil to seal the ends.
I slip in bobby pins, and then tied it down over night. (I did lay on a heating pad for a few minutes to help dry up the damp hair, yes I actually did that, lol)
Part II (Wand-like-curls)
I put makeup on like all the other girls, lmbo! (not a typical day for me though)
I used peppermint oil, and take each section apart.
A few of the curls were a bit damp, but I just went for it.
I took down each section, and used a big tooth comb to lift it a bit from the roots.
I will definitely keep this style as a staple! I love the fact that it creates these big wand like curls. I would love to do this on freshly washed hair, because I think it would come out much "cleaner" and have a more "crisp" look. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Ltr.
